Why can't I find my account? Why can't I login?

It's possible your account was deleted. Try searching for your username/membername on the General Search page. If you are taken to a profile within your account, then your account has not been deleted. If you are not taken to a profile within your account, but instead, you see a 'There is no such user' message, or you are returned to the Search page, then your account has been deleted.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletions are handled manually. Please send an email to feedback@passionsnetwork.com from the email associated with your account, along with your username and a request for account deletion.

Do not send account deletion requests using the Contact Form.
