My name's John, and I'm what's considered a hopeless romantic. It sucks sometimes, especially when you fall for people who aren't...so hopefully this'll give me some luck. I'm a full time filmmaker, and a part time traveler. I love to watch movies, learn about other cultures, go to the beach and scuba dive. It's my dream to one day sail, and I'm also trying to pick up surfing. I love kids, I love animals (dogs especially), and people tell me I have a way with words (ask me to write you a poem ). My favorite cities on the planet is Paris and Beirut. My favorite films are Chinatown and Gladiator. The whole reason I'm on this sight is because my one and only true weakness are redheads...and I can't picture myself with anyone who ISN'T a redhead. I was born with bright red hair, but somewhere down the line it turned a darkish blond (who saw that coming? seriously...) but my beard is red when I grow it out. I'm looking for someone with a great sense of humor, someone who's confident in who she is and has a real spark to her personality. I like a girl who's independent, not because I won't take care of her, but because their personalities mesh the best with mine...I consider myself independent as well. I'm looking for someone who's adventurous and doesn't mind taking risks or being with someone unpredictable.
